Millett Construction is a full-service general contractor — and your foundation repair and replacement specialists — based in beautiful Southern Oregon. We believe knowledge is a powerful tool in our kit, and we have 45 years of industry experience to share with you.

No two houses are the same, and there’s no “one way” to fix a foundation problem. Each customer and job site is unique and the solutions we offer will vary. That means you receive individualized attention because we cater our solutions to you.

When Millett Construction started in 1975, we focused on new homes and remodels. But we soon realized there was a need for foundation and general structural repairs on residential and commercial properties, yet few contractors offered this service. That has led us to today, where we’re now a full service structural repair and replacement contractor.

The owner of Millett Construction, Frank Millett, has worked in construction for over 35 years and specialized in foundation, water drainage and pile driving for the last 15 years. He has also personally designed and built many of the tools Millett Construction uses today. Our customers directly benefit from the skills and experience of Frank and his team — some of whom have worked with Millett Construction for over 20 years.

I contacted Frank Millett Construction to make my floors level by jacking up the center beam of my house. I was contacted immediately, and I was given a date for inspection right away. The contract for the work was concise and easy to understand. About a week after the inspection, he called with a work date.

All contractors have projects that may run over their estimates, but not all of them contact you right away if something comes up. Millett Construction called before he was to work on my house and let me know that he would be delayed and set a new date. Having waited months for other contractors to call me back for anything, it was refreshing to find one who answered his calls in a timely fashion.

All the work was done in a timely manner, and he answered all my questions and concerns throughout the job. He cleaned up the work site after he was done and even reimbursed me when the handle on the wheelbarrow I loaned him broke. His prices were very reasonable, and the job was just what the house needed.
