This building was initially sitting on an empty parking lot and was moved to a vacant property with block support. The scope of the project was to build out a full foundation for the home.
The property sat on soil that had been filled in over the years, so 70 pilings, 30 feet deep were required for stability. Steel slide beams were used to stabilize & lift the house. Once the pilings were in place, the foundation was poured and extended from the 1,000 sq. ft. footprint of the building to 1,400 sq. ft. so they could expand.
