Generally, you need to replace your home’s foundation when contact between the wood and ground leads to rot and deterioration. This is a common problem in older homes.

However, you may also need to replace a concrete foundation if it was installed without reinforcing steel, if there are water problems, or a combination of both.

If there’s something you need done that isn’t listed here, still call us! If it’s not something we do, we can point you in the right direction of how to get it fixed. Additionally, most times we can provide a bid over the phone if you email us pictures of the problem.
